Description: Hi! My boyfriend and I want to move in together to try and save some money. We want to have our own individual rooms (I'm a grad student and I need to finish writing my thesis, and he works full-time downtown). We're looking for 2 or more people to share a house with. We would love to live in the Mission or Castro area, but we're more likely to find something in Sunset within our price range.

We are both fun, respectful, and fairly quiet.

We're looking for fiscally responsible (you will likely have to pass a credit check by the potential landlord) people who want an easy-going but clean living space. Partying is welcome as long as it is responsible. Preferably no pets (it's easier to find a place), and absolutely no drugs. Sharing a room is fine too, as long as the landlord is ok with it.

We want to find a place by July. If you're interested please let me know!
