Looking for a Roommate:

Room Mate needed 300 month/half bills, Close to campus for $300.

Why? I need a roommate badly. I have a really nice house that isnt to far from campus by the hospital. I am very clean and am not home all that much except to sleep. I prefer to live with a guy but i can live with a girl. Rooms are almost equal in size and i have a big back yard if you have a dog. Please someone take me up on this offer im in bad need of a roommate.

Description: 2 Bed Room,1 Bath, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, I have everything in the world so really all you need is bedroom things, I have HD tv, wireless internet, cable in the bedrooms with the movie channels.the house has wood floors and some fresh paint in the living room and hall and i can paint the bedroom if need be. I am very clean and quite, Rent is 3 hundred plus bills but and willing to work out the bills and just have a fixed rent. so if your interested please let me know asap.....

His house is fully furnished. Washer, dryer, big fenced back yard. Hard wood floors. Very nice and in a great area.
