This apartment is VERY nice! Everything was just remodeled and it's spacious. There are new hardwood floors and the kitchens and bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The kitchen and bathroom also have new granite counter tops. The showers have new glass and shower heads. The apartment building has a really nice gym, pool, jacuzzi, and lounging area on the first floor. You will be living on the second floor with a balcony and a nice view. The apartment will be completely furnished with Ikea furniture.

The security deposit is 575.The amount will be refunded in full to you if nothing in the apartment is damaged. The apartment is completely remodeled so I just want to make sure everything is kept in excellent condition. Rent will be about 750 a month with utilities. My roommate will be here all summer and she is really fun and nice. You will love her as much as I love her because she is so cool and so easy to get along with. I prefer girls but have gotten emails about guys who usually live with girls that can vouch for them, which I am willing to accommodate. You can contact me if you want to go see the place. It will also be furnished. I will have a bed with a bed frame and a desk. If you need parking, it costs an extra 125 a month. However, during the summer it is easier to find street parking if you don't want to pay for a parking spot.

The place is on Strathmore and is a 15 minute walk to campus!
You will be living in the Deuville 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment which is the second largest floor plan.
