The bedroom has a spacious closet, and a window that overlooks the bay.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and a sink with garbage disposal.
There is a small dining nook equipped with dining table and chairs.
The living room has a comfy couch, a handmade indian rug, and a balcony that overlooks all of Berkeley and the rest of the bay (you can see the marina, SF, and best of all, the golden gate bridge).
The bathroom is small, but is shower and bath, and two sinks in front of a huge mirror.
Looking for someone to sign the lease ASAP.

Are utilities included? And how soon would one have to move in?
