Description: We have a few more rooms for rent in a community-style home. These buildings were renovated only a few months ago! LOTS of privacy!
INCLUDES: ALL utilities and garbage, including internet and cable television!
BRAND NEW: hardwood flooring (in some rooms), paint, kitchen stoves, refrigerators, cabinets, sinks, showers, toilets, tiles, etc. etc.!!
Great location - we are situated on Ocean Avenue with easy access to lots of food and a few bars, hair and nail salons, library, the K Ingleside Muni line, the 280/101 freeways, BART, Stonestown shopping mall, City College of San Francisco (CCSF) and San Francisco State University (SFSU).
Bathrooms are either private or shared with ONE other person. Coin-operated washer and dryer also conveniently located in the building. There are 2 shared kitchens with a total of 3 refrigerators, as well as PRIVATE fridges in some rooms.
We will require first and last month's rent, and a small deposit. Absolutely NO PETS!
Please note that these are buildings with only bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. There are no common areas.

there are 3 rooms left. there are 3 separate areas, each with 3-6-6 rooms. one person per room.

for some reason, i'm not getting notices for your comments. if you guys are still interested in the rooms, please message me instead so that i could get back to you asap. to answer the questions above: yes, we still have some rooms left. if you sign the lease and put down the deposit, we can hold the room for 1 month, rent-free.
