The Unit comes with a washer/dryer and dishwasher, as well as a new AC and hardwood floors upstairs. There is a good size patio and the home has an open floor plan. The entire house has wireless internet and cable.
Gables Point is a great, quiet community located 5 mins from UM. The community has 24 Hr Security and is 5 min walking distance from CVS, Winn-Dixie, Blockbuster, The Post Office, Bank of America, and many other great stores.

It is exactly 5 mins (less than 3 miles) south of UM. On Bird (SW 40th Street) and Ludlam (SW 67 Ave).
