The place is small but spacious enough. Bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen. I keep itvery clean.

Me: Im laid back and down to earth.
I need someone who will not break the contract MUST agree to live the entire school year. I can't tolerate unreliable people anymore who break contracts, please be serious. Someone who understands the definition of being clean (ive dealt with messy people and i dont want to deal with them again). I'm very respectable of others, I'm laid back, fun, I dont mind visitors but there has to limitations on how long they live...(Ive had visitors live for over 2 months (not cool, rude, & you cant live in the comfort of your own place with strangers)). Other then that I am seriously fun, laid back, I do like to have fun, but school comes first for me, then work, then maybe some fun.
