Description: I am needing someone to take over my lease from Aug 2009 until May 2010,( note: this lease can be changed to a 12 month lease, which would lower the $449 rate ) as of 4/15/2009 the rates for campus lodge went up to $479 for a standard 9-month lease, but my lease includes vaulted ceilings (a 5-8 feet difference!!!) for $30 a month cheaper! If you do not know what Campus Lodge has to offer, well close your eyes and picture yourself in a place that offers the best living experience aside from Vacation. in fact Campus Lodge is setup to give the resident the Vacation experience, but for 9-12 months rather than a 2 week trip.
