Description: We need a new roommate for a 3 bedroom apartment in the Highlands at Alexander Pointe. Preferably female. You would be sharing a bathroom with me. The apartment is located right across from the pool and main building with gym access. It is on the second floor. There is only a short 5 minute drive to UNCC campus. Gated complex, we have lived here for a year and a half and have never, ever had any crime trouble. Fully furnished apartment, washer and dryer, refrigerator, you would just need to furnish your own bedroom (which has a walk-in closet.) Only $323 a month for rent + utilities!! Utilities usually run between $60-$80 per person per month. Roommate is closing on house at the end of them month, we would like for the new roommate to move in the very beginning of June!!
