This room will be open to any compatible person who is either a college student or professional and is considerable and consistent to make the place clean, quiet, and respect other people's privacy, property and personality. The room itself is in squared form with windows for awesome view. It is a first floor condo unit located at nearby Point Meadows Plaza in Baymeadows / 9A area. The perks come with this cozy, spacious living atmosphere equipped with hard wood floors, security system, bright yellow colored walls, screened lanai with awesome viewable resort style environment, and super plenty of parking spaces with easy access to get in and out of the secured gate. This is a superb and friendly community in an excellent, very quiet, secure, satisfying, user-friendly and convenient location to live especially for college students and/or professionals. The living/kitchen areas are supplied with non-stick surfacing pans, 12 spiced-mainstay spinning rack and utensils. The parking areas are super plenty and do not need to be reserved which is great for our vehicles to have breathing space. You will meet with a 24 yr old UNF engineering student/professional and a 22 year old female school teacher. Here are our brief prologues to exclusively inform you and illustrate the dimension of our personalities and lifestyles as roommates:
1. 24 yr old student/professional - My life experiences here are naturally fantastic with devoid of any negative auras of drama, impracticality, provocativeness, killjoy, etc. My mid-frequent activities are: working out, taking long walks within the neighborhood and greet the coolest folks, attend and participate in community service events, going to the beaches for jet-skiing, kayaking, play beach volleyball/badminton and grab jolly-rancher drinks, read books or study at the library or visiting my family or relatives during some weeknights and weekends. During my time at home, I commenced some computer programming and/or clean the common living areas just to keep me productive. Furthermore, I love cooking Asian foods, particularly stir-fry or hoisin jerked. I also go to church on Sundays. On my artistic side, I sing variety of songs through karaokes and music studios located in the midst between beaches and St. Johns county areas and not too long ago, I joined the ballroom/latin dancing classes and performed foxtrot, austrian waltz and cha cha.

2. 22 year old school teacher - During weekdays, she usually stays in her room doing school related work but she's also enjoying her time playing with her cat whenever she can to give attention. Her weekends are to spend abundant time with friends, family and beyond.

Our availabilities at home are somewhat limited because we both go to work and we either go to social events or visit our family and friends but alternatively, we have time for ourselves to engage in a social gathering atmosphere and have a cool conversation that makes us less-bored and more active on kitchen preparations, chores and vice versa. We are laid back and eager to open up to variety of social networking events or thereof. We also enjoy the family-like atmosphere because we exhibited respect, politeness, open and down to earth, autonomy, social related events and outdoor lifestyles. Overall, we are very respectful and caring of people's character, privacy, preserving living standards and vice versa.

It would be cool to have someone within age range of 19 - 30, respectful, responsible, attentive to privacy and cleanliness, relaxed, laid back, non-dramatic, non-shady, non-stereotype, non-biased, trustworthy, open to social activities/discussions and diversity, bills paid ahead or on time, stable job (Must be working in a company at least 6 months) or relevant source of income, getting along with the community and us. No extreme partying except small social gatherings which is ok with us.
