I recently moved and I am forced to sell a sofa that does not fit the new layout. This sofa is one year old and in perfect condition. It is from Art Van with Fabric Protection (an $80 value) to resist stains, so messy kids or parties are no problem. This is from a smoke-free and pet-free home in Wyoming, MI.
