| Description: | I already have two rabbits who are finally getting along well, and someone gave me this bunny for my birthday. She is 2 years old, grey with white belly, very sweet and calm, but has been neglected. Her claws were the longest I've seen on a bunny when I got her, and she calmly let me clip them. She had also been in a small 2 x 1 foot cage for her whole life and hardly played with, and was only getting pellets for diet. Her cage was lined with cedar which is bad for bunnies' liver/kidney systems, and she has not been spayed or litter trained. I believe she could be trained with a little work. She is a healthy weight and does not thump or bite, even when provoked (she didn't want to come back into her cage when I let her out). My bunnies do not like having another bunny around and are stressing out. Three bunnies is too many for me! She comes with her small cage, water bottle and bowl for pellets, for a rehoming fee of $25, though I will probably sell the large cage you see her in in the photos for about $20. It is 4 x 2 x 4 feet and has multiple levels, and comes with everything a bunny needs for fun, healthy living, including pellet feeder, hay ball, water bottle, litter boxes. Prices can be negotiated. I will only give her to a good home. Please note that rabbits are not good pets for children if the adults are not willing to help. They are not low-maintenance animals, rather are more moderate, between a dog and a cat as far as care goes. They do need daily attention and love, and occasionally a vet visit. Please contact me with any questions. |
