Description: I have a room in a 3 bed / 2 bathroom condo that will be available for any potential male or female roommate starting April 23rd. My 2nd female roommate will depart and move in to her boyfriend's house within two week time span. This room will be open to any compatible person who is either a college student or professional and is considerable and consistent to make the place clean, quiet, and respect other people's privacy, property and personality. The room itself is in squared form with windows for awesome view. It is located within the first floor condo unit at nearby Point Meadows Plaza in Baymeadows / 9A area and it contains great perks. Inside of this cozy, spacious living atmosphere contains hard wood floors, security system, bright yellow colored walls, screened lanai with awesome viewable resort style environment, and super plenty of parking spaces with easy access to get in and out of the secured gate. This is a superb and friendly community in an excellent, very quiet, secure, satisfying, user-friendly and convenient location to live especially for college students. If you don't believe me, feel free to come for a tour. The living/kitchen areas are supplied with materials, however, I am also open to some available furniture you have handy to compliment with the rest. The ease of convenience, navigation, and accessibility should help you the kind of living and make-more-friends experience you'd like to have along with us.

The landscape of this area is very wide and easy to navigate. The best part is that no lawn mowing required like the houses that other people live. You'll make great friends among college students and professionals alike in this great community. No nightmare hassles in here! Seeing is believing :)

Introducing a 24 yr old UNF engineering student/professional and a 22 year old female school teacher. Our availabilities at home are somewhat limited because we both go to work and we either go to social events or visit our family and friends but alternatively, we have time for ourselves to engage in a social gathering atmosphere and have a cool, stimulating discussion that makes us less-bored and more active on chores and vice versa. We are definitely laid back and eager to open up to variety of social networking events or thereof. Overall, we're pretty much up for anything :).

I am usually up to par with my activities such as working out, taking long walks within the neighborhood and greet the coolest folks, attend and participate in community service events, entertain people with karaoke singing, going to the beaches for jet-skiing, play beach volleyball and grab koolada drinks, read books or study at the library or visiting my family or relatives during some weeknights and weekends. I also go to church on Sundays. My female roommate usually stays in her room doing school related work but she's also enjoying her time with her cat, friends and family mostly on weekends. We are pretty much laid-back and relaxed, open and down to earth, love cooking and relaxing, attend in social related events and outdoor lifestyles, very respectful and caring of people's character, privacy, living standards and vice versa.

It would be cool to have someone within age range of 19 - 30, respectful, responsible, attentive to privacy and cleanliness, relaxed, laid back, non-dramatic, non-shady, non-stereotype, non-biased, trustworthy, open to social activities/discussions and diversity, bills paid ahead or on time, stable job (Must be working in a company at least 6 months) or relevant source of income, getting along with the community and us. No extreme partying except small social gatherings which is ok with us.

References are appreciated just to get a glimpse of yourself prior to being interviewed. If you have those qualities complimenting with ours, then you can look no further.
