Description: We are a family of 6 who desperatly need a move to a larger property. We need a minimum of a 4 bed house but we will also consider a 5 bed house. We have 4 kids so a garden is essential. We would prefer a diningroom downstairs although this isnt essential. We are able to put down 2 months rent as desposit in advance. Anything upto £800 pcm is fine. Although if the house is perfect we would be willing to pay upto £900 pcm maximum. Also we are on housing benefit so the landlord would need to accept housing benefit. No agencies please.
