Senior technical team member responsible for implementing comprehensive Initiate software solutions for Initiate’s healthcare, commercial and government customers.
Engaging with the client at a senior level, as a trusted advisor.
Acting as a referal point and mentor to technical consultants and in an advisorial role to the project manager.
Must currently hold security clearance to DV level |

Responsibilities
- Actively participates and/or leads in architecture and solution design, data analysis, software configuration, customer testing, production rollout phases, team mentoring
- Oversee and Implement Initiate software for top commercial, government, and large healthcare clients
- Develop and document technical, architectural, and business requirements
- Install software
- Analyze customer data and develop appropriate software configurations to meet customer data and business requirements
- Solve technical and configuration issues
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree Required
- Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics or related discipline
- Required Experience (within discipline or industry): 5-7+ Years
- Managerial Experience: Not Required
Technical Skills:
- Experience in an enterprise or departmental software environment installing and supporting packaged software applications
- Previous enterprise software implementation experience (e.g., Oracle Applications, SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of relational database and enterprise software integration concepts
- Hands on knowledge of MS SQL and experience with at least one of the following: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Informix
- Prefer previous experience with scripting languages such as PERL and a working knowledge of Java/J2EE or C++ (this position may require some programming, but it will not be your primary focus)
- Prefer previous experience with and a working knowledge of one or more of the following operating systems: Unix, Linux, Solaris, AIX
Other Skills: Must be able to be self motivated as well as enjoy working in a team
