The Senior Technical Consultant is an integral member of the implementation team responsible for delivering the Initiate software to Public Sector clients to include state and local governments, DOD, and federal and intel agencies. The Senior Technical Consultant is focused on developing technical and business requirements and performing software installation and configuration activities.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Implement Initiate software for Public Sector clients to include state and local governments, DOD, and federal and intel agencies
- Develop and document technical, architectural, and business requirements
- Install software
- Analyze customer data and develop appropriate software configurations to meet customer data and business requirements
- Solve technical and configuration issues
- Develop field based solutions based on customer needs
The Technical consultant will work closely with our clients and Initiate project team members. There will be the need to work extensively over the phone and in-person with our clients. Strong communication skills are a must.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous customer-facing consulting experience with a technology company or systems integrator. They will have the ability to quickly learn our product set and apply that knowledge in challenging client situations.
Fundamental skills include:
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL
- Experience using scripting languages such as Korn Shell and Perl.
- Java development experience desired
- Knowledge of MDM concepts, data analysis, data warehousing and enterprise applications desired.
- Must be able to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions and handle multiple projects in a team environment

25%-50% travel required
