The Technical Consultant is an integral member of the implementation team responsible for delivering the Initiate software to top commercial, government, and large healthcare customers. The Technical Consultant is focused on developing technical and business requirements and performing software installation and configuration activities. Solve technical and configuration issues, develop and document technical, architectural, and business requirements whilst analysing customer data.

Pre-Sales Consultant - EMEA

This position is for an account executive with a proven track record in enterprise software sales to sell a master data management solution to target accounts in a specific territory. The account executive will identify, qualify, and close new opportunities. The account executive manages accounts including the entire sales process from prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.

Performs supervised, staff level billing work for the Company, requiring basic knowledge of the concepts around accounts receivable and invoicing. Responsible for transaction based activity as well as some support tasks for the revenue group.

North America Project Manager

Previous consulting experience strongly desired. Strong communication skills are a must along with a goal-oriented work style. Travel required 25 to 50%.

Initiate is seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our implementation team.  This position requires strong experience testing commercial applications using manual and automated methods.  In this position, you will be exposed to industry-leading software, new technology, and exceptional engineers.  You will be responsible for creating and executing test strategies in our agile environment.

Responsible for working closely with sales consultants, account executives, and product managers to help develop product demonstrations, execute proof-of-concept engagements, and develop field led customer solutions.

Initiate is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our implementation team.  This position requires strong experience developing commercial web applications using JSP, CSS, DHTML, Adobe Flex and other AJAX technologies.  In this position, you will work closely with Product Management, Support, Services, and other Engineers to design and build best of class web applications that run on a variety of platforms and browsers.
