High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years prior experience working in a complex, enterprise level environment with relevant hardware, multiple operating systems, and SAN software required. Experience with EMC hardware and software required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Very strong project management, troubleshooting, problem escalation, and customer interface skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a stressful environment is a must. Hands-on person with end-user support skills to assist in the implementation of a variety of applications.
