Most of the techniques in this series are used in a variety of cultures around the world. Our focus is to make these techniques second nature—providing a base for creating our own individual, nutritious menus.
Once our skills develop and we become accustomed to thinking about cooking and food as our ancestors did we will delve deeper into specific cultures and their preparation rituals of their sacred fertility foods with greater understanding.
