The lives of these two women intersect when Lauren discovers that her aunt holds the key to helping answer the many questions she has about recently becoming a “born again” meat eater. Caroline accepts the challenge of teaching a “dude” how to hunt on horseback, and live off the land. Together these two self-sufficient ladies share of themselves as they experience a familial blood-bond for the first time, while Caroline traces with Lauren the blood-lined trail that leads to a meaty meal
