Teenage runaway Chloe has her heart set on getting out of New Jersey and heading to the west coast in search of rock n’ roll stardom. Before she hits the road with her goofball, pot-dealing, boyfriend she desperately needs to see her best friend Michelle one last time…

FUNDS USE:

Film production is a very costly creative venture. We can assure you your contribution will be well spent.

Money spent on a film adds up very quickly. Right now we are in post-production. Our priority is to pay our editor and obtain festival music rights. We're digging deep into the Sub Pop catalog for this one! Since this is a rock n' roll piece it's crucial to have some recognizable music. It will add to the already high production value and make the film stand out at festivals. Additional expenses are festival entry fees and travel to the ones we screen at.

Making a short film and showing it at a festival is one of the best ways to get recognized as a serious filmmaker to work on bigger projects. A well done short film at a festival can open the door to someones directing career. We created this piece as a way to interest producers and investors in the feature script the short was derived from, Heartbreaker.
