SAVING JANE "BE A SUPERGIRL" CONTEST
November 15, 2008 (12am) to December 15, 2008 (midnight)
HOW TO ENTER
Visit myspace.com/savingjane and read Marti's official contest announcement vlog. Submit a comment with your short story about when you feel you used your powers to be a "Supergirl" (no more than 200 words, please).
JUDGING
Winners will be selected by representatives from Saving Jane and Warner Bros. and be notified by December 19, 2008.
PRIZES
One (1) first prize of one Supergirl gift basket, one limited edition Supergirl skateboard deck, and a one-year subscription to Justine Magazine. One (1) second prize winner will receive one Supergirl shirt and one-year subscription to Justine Magazine. One dozen runners-up will receive one pair of Supergirl havaianas (flip-flops).
Winners will be notified via personal message at their MySpace page and must respond with mailing address by January 5, 2009. Prizes will be shipped via USPS by January 15, 2009.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Toucan Cove Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted at myspace.com/savingjane.
2. The contest is open to residents of the United States and Canada.
3. By entering the contest, entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete.
4. Entrants must maintain a valid MySpace contact as all winners must be confirmed via their MySpace page.
5. Only one entry per person is allowed.
6. Entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified in the rules. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
7. There is no purchase requirement to enter.
8. Toucan Cove Entertainment does not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
10. By submitting a unique written entry for said contest, entrant hereby grants Toucan Cove Entertainment (herein "Company") the limited right to reproduce such intellectual property in a public medium including but not limited to a Company press release, on a Company web site and / or Company My Space page; Saving Jane web site and / or Saving Jane My Space page.
