I lived in England several times. What amazed me was how many "classes" and accents existed on such a small island. England/Wales/Scotland smaller than Ohio where I live...and somehow you never were allowed to cross classes. This is a great song for that. Plus it played in a bar where I had my first affair after my first marriage and so it has fond memories... :) I like the song. Very moody.

80's pop at its best! This one of my favorite songs for back then, I can remember it playing on my parents Panasonic radio with a tape deck and analogue tuner and a polished stainless steel finish! (Does that make me sound old?) :-\
