HEYO!

Long time no see, friends. Sorry for the delay. After touring for the better part of a year (can't believe it's been a year since 'tin cans' was released...), we've taken the last couple months to rest up and more importantly, MAKE A NEW RECORD! Feels good to say that. We've been in the studio with super homie Chris Taylor from Grizzly Bear (who we just saw in SF 2 nights in a row and are just straight up AMAZING, by the way), making that magic happen. Anyway, we've been cooped up for too long, and it's time to play some shows. We're going to be taking our first trip over seas to play a handful of shows in the UK and some amazing festivals in Europe (my bloody valentine, grizzly bear, lily allen, wilco!@# etc) . A couple awesome shows in the states too. It's all quite exciting. Below are the dates--

oh yeah, we put up a demo of a new song called 'hand me downs' on our myspace (www.myspace.com/themorningbenders). it sounds completely different than the album version, so don't get too attached yo. enjoy.
