I am an ardent fan of Pt. Shiv Kumar Sharma as he is the one who gave Santoor the ability to play Indian Classical Music. Santoor in his hands behaves like a beloved in a Man's hands. His notes are soothing and style independant. His recent concert at Zorawar Singh Auditorium was superb.

A true legend of instrumental music.

In today's times, when everything is hectic and fast pased,Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma's music wafting across the room or in the car comes as a freshner. Be it Call of the Valley or Feelings. It is good that I have spent some of the most magical moments of life, listening to his music. I am very fond of his talented son-Rahul and I have immensely enjoyed all his albums so far. Would love to meet them one day...
