Pat Metheny

I just read the interview with Pat in Guitar World mag. (I think that's the one) and it just reinforces what genius he truly is. There is no other guitar player in the world who come close.

i saw pat and his trio at bass hall in ft. worth and i loved every minute of it.. i hope i can see the group sometime before i die..

thank you pat, you opened my eyes. it was 1993, village vanguard...my friend brought me there to listen to a 'new' sax talent josh redman...and we got you backing him on guitar!!! i've never been happier sitting front row that night 4 feet from you. fantastic and unforgettable set. hope you make to hong kong sometime soon!

ive never been so inspired by guitar player (though i play bass). just wanted to say I LOVE your music, i play A letter from home ALL the time. =D keep it up
