they played at Borders here in Pittsburgh. Back when there were actual, real, live bookstores.

They actually came to my Highschool in 1995 (umm, i think HS is a bit hazey) I think they knew our music director.

Holy crapcakes! I just discovered MF on Pandora a few weeks ago...and they've become a slight obsession. I listen to the drinking song like, 10 times a day. And I don't even drink, really. I'm gonna go spread the word...

Saw these guys so many times back in the day! Took an ex boyfriend to see them once, and when he said he didn't like them I knew it would never work out... We had a whole fruhead tour following back in high school.

Guys.. were just a bunch of dudes from perth in australia, but we just cant get enough fruvous! we sing about the river vally every time we busk and we pledge allegance to the king of spain, we just want to know if you have any plans to travel over here, because if you do please come and jam with us! if not we might have to come to canada and hunt you down, how do you rock so hard!? it's beyond me!

Bargainville is one of the most sing-a-longable albums in the world. Love the melodies and the lyrics are cleverly crafted. Put it in the car and you're solid.

The most amazing live band ever. Fantastic chemistry onstage! It didn't matter that they didn't have time to play many of the songs from the albums because the improv was amazing. Live Noise has to be the only live recording that I will contemplate listening to. Plus they were super cool and would hang with people after the show. I do miss them.
