BURLINGTON, 2 NIGHTS IN BOSTON, ALBANY
Our Fall tour enters November with two more straight weeks of live music for ya, capped off at the end of the month in
Chicago & NYC, then the Pennsylvania trio leading into the New Year. This week we visit the Northeast, starting with tonight's show at the Higher Ground in Burlington, VT - site of many epic Lotus shows of yore. Thursday and Friday we'll take you to Paradise, the Paradise Rock Club that is, in Boston. If you don't have tickets yet definitely come out to Thursday night if you want to make sure you can see us. We finish the week with a Saturday night party at Revolution Hall in Troy, NY, where we know you all like to get rowdy. The Egg is on board thru Friday with the Tigersapien. fellas getting involved in Troy. Next week we head south for shows in Blacksburg, Carrboro, Atlanta, Bear Creek Music Fest, and Asheville, NC.

LOTUS/BIG GIGANTIC REMIX SWAP
Partially in anticipation for joining forces with Big Gigantic on the Southern leg of our tour, we're ready to drop a pair of remixes on ya. Jesse has remixed a track of Big Gigantic, "Thinking Out Loud," off of the album ‘Fire It Up,' while Dominic Lalli of Big Gigantic returns the favor, remixing the Lotus track, "Simian," off ‘Oil on Glass.'

"Dom's compositions always feature strong melodies, so I wanted to keep that element mostly in tact for this remix while using a different tempo and beat than the original," explains Miller. "I spent a day bouncing tracks to an old 4-track tape machine to get some analog grit and manual EQing on the mix, hence the Cassette moniker in the title."

These two exclusive remixes can be streamed online or downloaded at the site below. Downloads can be in MP3 format or other formats - including full quality .wav files - and fans will set their own price for the downloads. All proceeds will be donated to Musicopia (www.musicopia.net. Musicopia is a non-profit organization that brings educational music enrichment programs to schools and communities throughout the Delaware Valley.

The 2009 Halloween show at Sonar in Baltimore was titled "Protein Pills in the Labyrinth". All the band members dressed as different David Bowies and Bowie's music was worked in throughout the two sets. The Egg and Big in Japan delivered solid opening sets and the rowdy crowd kept the room packed to the gills until 2am. Check the setlist:

Kelly Bogan did an amazing job with the costumes including a hand made Ziggy outfit, a hand painted jumpsuit and many other custom sewn items. Luke - Ziggy Stardust, Jesse - Thin White Duke, Mike Rempel - Jareth (from the movie Labyrinth), Mike Greenfield - Dancing in the Streets video trench coat Bowie, Chuck - 80's pastel suit Bowie. The show, along with all of the Fall shows that were able to get good recordings from, are available now on LiveDownloads.
