I wanted to let you know about a very special concert
that I will be "hosting" on Sunday, April 27th at 2pm
at City Lights Theater in downtown San Jose. This is a
concert that is being sponsored by the San Jose Jazz
Society. This will be the BIG celebration of the
release of my latest CD, Azucar de Amor. I say BIG
because most of the latin jazz royalty of the San
Francisco Bay Area will be performing with me on that
day: Wayne Wallace on trombone, John Santos and
Michael Spiro on percussion, Murray Low on piano, Paul
van Wageningen on drums, John Worley on trumpet, Rick
Vandivier on guitar and many more stellar musicians
who contributed to the recording of Azucar de Amor--14
musicians in all!

This will be a concert to not only celebrate my latest
musical journey, but a way to honor the musicians who
contributed to making this CD a success.

Many people have asked me if there will be dancing
that day? ABSOLUTELY!! How could you not want to get
up and shake your booty to a full horn section and a
full percussion section? :) And even if you're not
inclined to dance, I'm sure your feet will still be
uncontrollably moving! :)

Please mark your calendars for this special event.
Tickets can be purchased in advance (recommended) or
at the door. The theater only holds 100 people,
however, so get your tickets soon!
