STOP PRESS...Dobson Documentary rough draft done! Hey you crazy Cats [ and tp the the Yardies... Big Up!] You members other than my pal...Iconic Reggae Singer Sir Dobs[ has this exclusive]!!! Well My ciinematic creative partner Vivita [aka Miss V.] & I have just completed laying down the final credits for said Dobb-umentary & on Thursday afternoon..will be doing final sound edit & scoring...which is gonna be excellent ,as we wer boppin' and rockin' to the great man's hits Sweet Dreams, Seems to Me I'm losing You, Diamonds & Pearls, Muriel, Du Du Wop..etc. We just might have that sucker done..and we just may lurk out of the Batcave, by the weekend with a fresh, red hot copy to send out to the International Hot Docs Toronto Film Fest..oh yes. This has been my favorite filmic project so far [don't get me wrong, my other projects are gonna be dynamite, but, not 'thi's heart felt!...nuthin' wrong with Ray Gun slingin' Vampire Chiciks with attitudes and lucious T&A...it's just a relef, not to have to worry about fake blood (karo-syruop), geting on the furniture], as the Dobby-doc [name TBA] is based on a Dobson Toronto concert & a 2 plus hour one on one interview with myself, the next day. We remiesced about the Old School Jamaica, music, history, folklore & many other subjects...including Sex, Drugs & Lover's Rock and Roll....as well as a nod to our shared faith in Jesus Christ [get up off the floor Jack...I know most of y'all think I worship the horned Wonder-Boy...but...no-o-o]...THE MAN'S INSIGHT , CHARM & HUMOR IS OFF THE HOOK!!!....it's all there, conversation intact...except for the odd times we had a 'shewie' break [ for those of you that are foreign..ask your hgipster Jamaican friends what 'shee-wie' means...LOL!]..anyhow....that's All, My Pretties.....I'll keep ya'll posted & all the best to you and yours... -Stay Wonderful!
