Hey, y'all - hope you're all well! Quick update from me...

First of all, thanks to everyone who came to the bass fishing tournament to benefit the Darryl Worley Foundation - it was an awesome event with over 100 boats and over $12,000 raised! I hated not being there, but duty (a show) called. You guys are amazing for participating and helping raise money for a VERY worthy cause!

Thanks also for all of your thoughts and prayers for both my back surgery (happening this Thursday) and for my brother's recent car accident and subsequent surgery - my brother is fine, thank God. I'll be fine, too - I'm looking forward to getting my body back to normal! I have the best fans out there, and I want you to know that I feel you all rooting for me. It's appreciated!

Speaking of y'all rooting for me, I've been getting a few questions about getting another discussion forum set up so that you guys can talk about stuff... for the moment we don't have one on the site, but I wanted to make you aware of the fact that there IS a forum on my Facebook Fan Page. So many of you are Facebook Fans, and you may want to start some conversations there - just click HERE to get to the page (on the "Boxes" tab you'll find the Discussion Board). Hope that helps!

"Katie's Song" was written because of a true story about a very courageous young lady who lost her life during the devastating tornado that ripped apart the high school in Enterprise, Alabama, in early 2007.
