By selecting a TV show and choosing 'Add To My Favourites', you'll be adding the show to your personalised TV guide which is found under 'Your Upcoming Shows'. This list displays the day, time and channel which your favourite TV shows are being broadcast over the upcoming week.

Keep up to date with what your friends are enjoying on TV. By selecting 'Friend's Most Popular', you can view a chart listing of the TV shows that are most popular amongst your friends.
Get TV show recommendations based on your taste.
Under 'Recommendations', you'll see a list of TV shows which IceTV has recommended to you based on your TV taste.
Schedule your favourite TV shows to record without having to be at home.
If you've got a compatible TV recorder and a paid subscription to IceTV, you'll be able to schedule all your favourite TV shows directly from Facebook. Simply find a show you'd like to record and click 'Record'. It's that simple!

Does the IceTV application support regions outside of Australia?
No. Not at this stage.
How far into the future does the TV guide provide information?
No more than seven days. We have found that Australian TV programming is subject to change frequently outside of the upcoming week. To provide such information would render the TV guide inaccurate.
Can strangers view my TV viewing habits?
No. Your favourites and scheduled TV shows are only shared amongst your Facebook friends.
How do I schedule a TV show to record using IceTV's Facebook application?
To record a TV show using Facebook, you need to own a compatible TV recording device and have a paid subscription to IceTV.
What TV recorders are compatible with IceTV's Facebook application?
There are a variety of different TV recorders which support IceTV's Facebook application. There are three types of devices that are supported:
- 1. Personal Video Recorders (PVRs)
- 2. Macs
- 3. PCs
These are like a digital set-top box but with a built-in hard drive allowing you to record and store all your TV recordings so that they can be watched later. Only the Beyonwiz range of PVRs and the Topfield TF7100PVRt are currently compatible with IceTV's Facebook application.
With a USB TV tuner connected to your Mac and EyeTV application, you'll be able to record and store all your TV recordings on your Macs hard drive so that they can be watched later.
If you have a PC with a TV tuner card and you are running Windows Media Centre Edition, Vista Premium or Vista Ultimate, you'll be able to record and store all your TV recordings on your hard drive so that they can be watched later.
