Why can't I add my toon?
There could be several reasons:
- Make sure you have the right realm (i.e. server). There are servers in North America and Europe with the same name, so make sure you have the correct region too (.e.g -US vs. -EU on the end of the realm name).
- Make sure you type the name correctly
- Characters are loaded from the Armory, and the Armory only holds Characters over level 10
- Also, characters are removed from the Armory if they are not active. Log into your character and wait until the Armory shows your character, then try again.
- Someone else has already added your toon. If you get the message that your toon has already been claimed let us know and we'll investigate.
- If your realm is missing please notify us and we'll get it added asap.
Armory Problems
Since we rely on up to date data from Blizzard's Armory, please check in with them first to make sure they have the up to date info as they have been known to be out of date. View their official FAQ thread on the WoW Forums for more information.
Why hasn't my profile updated?
We try to automatically update your profile for you behind the scenes, but depending on your settings you may not have given up access to do so.

What is World of Warcraft?
Well, if you don't know what Azeroth or World of Warcraft is, then the Hearthstone application is probably not for you.
World of Warcraft (aka WoW) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game where you get to create characters (like Mages, Warriors, etc...), go on quests, and improve your skills and gear.
