GuestBook Terms of Service
By adding GuestBook 2.0 ("the application", "the app") to your profile you agree on the following conditions:
- You may be asked to submit data which may be sent to a third party.
- Data collected and sent may include (but not limited to): email, age, and name.
- Ads, Banners, Flyers, etc. will be placed in the application to inform users about upcoming events, socials, parties, etc.
- You may be asked periodically to participate in surveys & polls about the content and use of the app, as well as your opinions.
- Your first name may be used if you choose to participate in our "Invite A Friend" promotion
- Neither Tony DiLoreto nor anyone affiliated with this project is responsible for the content and/or nature of the ads, fliers, etc.
- Tony DiLoreto nor anyone affiliated with this project may be held responsible for any actions by those using this application and any affiliated websites, applications, emails, etc.
- GuestBook(c) or anyone affiliated with the project will ever ask you for your login password.
- The name "GuestBook" or "Guest Book" are not affiliated with Facebook Inc.
- This application may be terminated at any time.
- The terms of service agreement may change at any time.
- GuestBook reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, in its sole discretion. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO REMOVE THE GUESTBOOK APPLICATION TO REVOKE PERMISSION. IF YOU DO NOT REVOKE SUCH PERMISSION, YOU WILL BE CONCLUSIVELY DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE CHANGE.
