There might some software on your computer interfering with Graffiti. Try these steps:
- Check whether Graffiti works by going to mygraffitiwall.net/graffiti.html. If prompted to download or upgrade your Flash plugin, follow those steps.
- If you have IE 7 Pro or a popup/advertisment blocker add-on in your browser, try disabling it to see if it is interfering with Graffiti.
- Make sure you've downloaded and installed the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.
- If you have McAfee or other security software installed, it may be blocking Graffiti. On Windows, you should be able to right click the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Disable the privacy service.
You can see a listing of your friends with Graffiti by going to the friends listing page.
By marking your favorite posts as sticky, they will stay at the top of your wall until you unstick them.
You can change your email notification settings on the settings page.
You can change how many posts are displayed on your wall with the settings page.
Your wall will update automatically the next time someone draws Graffiti. If you don't want to wait, you can simply refresh your wall content.
It depends on how you removed Graffiti. Click the word Applications under the search field in the top left corner of this page to see if you still are a user of Graffiti. Look to see whether Graffiti is listed.
If you don't see it listed, then you have removed the application completely. Add it back to your profile.
If Graffiti with a red smiley face icon is listed yet still isn't present on your profile, follow these steps:
- Make sure you're looking at the Applications page.
- Click the Edit Settings link next to Graffiti.
- Change the popup menu next to Profile to something other than No one. Most people will select All my networks and all my friends.
- Make sure to Save your changes.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug in either Safari for Windows or the Flash plugin it uses. We're looking into a workaround for this issue.
