By adding this Facebook Application, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions respecting your use of this application and respecting any comments or other content (collectively, "Submissions") you submit using this application on Facebook.com:
You grant us permission to use your Submissions: You are granting to Tourism British Columbia ("Tourism BC"), its affiliates, agents and partners, a royalty-free license and permission to use, display and reproduce the Submissions provided by you, on Tourism BC's websites and/or Facebook.com (collectively, “Websites”);
You confirm you own all rights in any Submissions you submit: You represent and warrant to Tourism BC that you are the sole owner of all rights in the Submissions you submit, that no other party owns any rights of any kind associated with the Submissions and that your Submissions are royalty-free and can be freely used for the purposes expressed above. You further represent and warrant that no Submissions you submit violate or infringe upon any rights of others, including contract rights and including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary rights or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder;
Copyright and ownership of all Submissions remain with the contributor and the contributor has the right at any time to request the removal of Submissions from any of the Websites.
You are solely responsible for the Submissions you post: you release and indemnify Tourism BC, its affiliates, agents and partners and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, losses or expenses (including legal fees) brought against Tourism BC or any of its affiliates, agents and partners, by any party, arising out of the posting on the Websites of any Submissions; and
You are waiving further rights: you are hereby waiving the right to seek further compensation or other consideration for the use of your Submissions for the purposes expressed above, and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tourism BC, its affiliates, agents and partners and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the use of your Submissions as contemplated in this Gotta Ski Facebook Terms of Use.

You acknowledge that (i) Tourism BC will select and post Submissions in its sole
discretion, does not make any representation that your Submissions will be posted,
and reserves the right to post and remove Submissions from time to time as it sees
fit; (ii) your right to submit Submissions to the Websites may be revoked by Tourism
BC if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement; (iii) Tourism BC can
not be responsible in any way for any use of your Submissions which may be made
by third parties as a result of it having been posted on the Websites; (iv) you
have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and are therefore
of legal age to form a binding contract; (v) you may be asked to sign and return
a written agreement regarding the posting of your Submissions on the Websites; and
(vi) by submitting Submissions and otherwise using any of the Websites, you agree
to comply with and be bound by the website terms and conditions applicable to all
visitors, as may be posted on those Websites from time to time.

All editorial content, graphics and other original works associated with this application are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws and treaties and may not be copied without the express permission of Tourism BC, which reserves all rights. Re-use of any of Tourism BC’s editorial content and graphics online for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, and other names, logos, slogans and icons identifying products and services on this site are registered and unregistered trademarks and official marks of Tourism and others and may not be used without prior written license from Tourism BC.
