(fluff)Friends Easter Egg Hunt

Easter is Leppit's favorite time of year, and to celebrate, he's been hard at work in his Easter Workshop preparing a wide variety of delightful Easter Eggs which can be used as Decorations! Each night at Midnight GMT, Leppit will sneak out of the workshop and sprinkle Eggs across (fluff)Book pages. Then, as you go about your day visiting your friends, you'll have an opportunity to collect Eggs and earn Egg Hunt Points which can be traded in at the Egg Hunt Shop for special Easter Items - bunny ears or all new Leppit MegaMinis: (pinky) Leppit and (choco) Leppit.

It's good to see you have your priorities straight! Thankfully, Leppit thought of everything. Everyone who visited this Rules Page during the Egg Hunt was given their very own, state-of-the-art, Egg Collecting Basket totally free of charge! You didn't think we'd leave you hanging with a fistful of Eggs, right? ^___^ There's just one catch - your Basket can only hold Two Eggs Per Day... so as you go around visiting (fluff)Books and collecting Eggs, you will only be able to take two home as Decorations per day. You will still earn one Egg Hunt Point for all the other Eggs you find, but you cannot take them home - instead, they will be recycled to be hidden elsewhere the next day. Think of it as "catch and release" Egg Hunting, for a more sustainable Easter =)

Witness the sample images on the left. Every (fluff)Book has now been equipped with its very own White Picket Fence, which may or may not be hiding an Egg. In the top picture, you can just barely see that there's an Egg hiding behind the fence - rejoice!! In the bottom picture, there's nary an Egg to be found - lamentations =( Finding an Egg is just step one... then you need to actually get it. In some cases, this will be simple - just pick up the Egg and be on your merry way! However, in other cases, when you may not be as well acquainted with the Fluff behind the Fence, you'll need to give a token of Goodwill before sneaking across to take the Egg. In this case, follow the instructions to either Give a Gift or Feed some (fluff)Food. Once this is complete, you'll be free and clear to go for the Egg.

One of the best ways to find more (fluff)Books is to visit the Public (fluff)Art Gallery.

Next to each (fluff)Artist's name is a link to their (fluff)Book - so while you are enjoying, sharing, and voting on new (fluff)Art, you can also hunt for more Eggs!

Leppit only hides so many eggs per day, so once you've found a few, it gets increasingly difficult to find more Eggs... but if you keep searching far and wide across a vast multitude of (fluff)Books, you're sure to discover more Eggs! Alternately, you can wait until Midnight GMT, when the Egg supply will be replenished, and it will once again be easy pickings to find more Eggs. Note that the Egg placement is determined by the day - So, if there is no egg on a particular friend's (fluff)Book, there will be no Egg there all day long. Similarly, if there is an egg on a friend's (fluff)Book, it will be there all day... until you take it =) at which point it will be gone. NOTE: There is one exception to this rule, which is that if you see an Egg on one (fluff)Book, but you do not take it and you instead take an Egg on a different (fluff)Book, the previous Egg may be gone. This is because the Egg Hunt becomes more difficult as you find more Eggs. Also note that Leppit is a very non-competitive Fluff, so this Egg Hunt is not a competition at all - other (fluff)Owners also hunting for Eggs will not affect your Egg Hunt.

There are a few reasons why this could happen. The most common reason is because, as described above, the Egg Hunt gets harder each day as you find more Eggs... so if you open multiple browser tabs while the Egg Hunt is still "easier", and then you collect the eggs in some of the tabs, the eggs in the other tabs might not be there because the Egg Hunt has gotten more difficult.

If you are using multiple windows/tabs to hunt for Eggs, and you find one in one of the tabs, you should always refresh the other pages to make sure the Eggs are still there.

In any event, just like any Egg Hunt, you should prepare yourself for all sorts of crazy randomness!

If you visit the Egg Hunt Shop and scroll down to the "Exchange (victory) Eggs" section, you will see a list of all the available Eggs as well as which ones you currently own.

Ah yes, you must be referring to the (victory) Egg! During your Egg Hunting, you may chance upon a unique Egg like none other - the (victory) Egg is coated entirely in Gold, and can be exchanged at the Egg Hunt Shop for any of the other Easter Eggs. Also, if you would like more Egg Decorations than you are able to fit in your Basket each day, you may visit the Golden Decoration Shop to purchase more (victory) Eggs.

Leppit is an avid follower of (fluff)Art, and absolutely adores the cute, clever, and beautiful works created by (fluff)Owners.

As such, Leppit named the Eggs after some of his favorite Artists and (fluff)Artists.

We've been enjoying this Easter Egg Hunt so much that we wanted to extend the fun to some (fluff)Owners who haven't stopped by for a while. So, anyone who hasn't visited (fluff)Friends for over a month received Two Free Eggs, which have been automatically added to their Habitat. If you happen to be one of the lucky recipients, Welcome Back! And if were already an active (fluff)Owner, then enjoy the Egg-filled (fluff)Books!

Updated! The (fluff)Friends Easter Egg Hunt will end on March 25th at 11:59 PM GMT. That will be the last day to find Eggs on (fluff)Book pages.

The Egg Hunt Shop will remain open until March 28th at 11:59 PM GMT, if you would like to trade in your Egg Hunt Points for Easter Decorations or Leppit MegaMinis. After that, all the Easter items will become Limited Edition.

You will be able to continue trading in Egg Hunt Points for munny for as long as you like. You will also be able to continue trading in (victory) Eggs for other eggs for as long as you like, but they will no longer be on sale at the Golden Decorations Shop.

After that, checking out your friends' (fluff)Books or perhaps your recent petters may be a good next step. But it's all up to you how you best enjoy finding fellow Fluffs.

One last note - Don't forget to Pet, Feed, Give Gifts, and leave messages on (fluff)Spaces and you go about searching for Eggs - (fluff)Friends are Social Animals, after all.
