IT IS MY FAVORATE MOVIE OF ALLLLLLLL TIMES HAHAAAAAA. ESPECIALLY THE ONE SONG THAT MOVES ME TO FIGHT EVEN AT THE LOWEST OF ODDS( GET OFF OF MY BACK)
I used to watch this movie all the time as a little kid... then I lost it. Found it the other day at a store and I jumped at the opportunity to buy it, because this movie is one of my all time favorites! I've missed it dearly...
Definitively should be viewed without volume or as a WinAmp derivative. My favorite classic animated film.
it was incredible. simply the best film i've ver seen. i love how eyebrows were added. (spirit is fit) i also adored the storyline. (spirit is fit) it's suitable for all ages and is simply just a feelgood film (spirit is fit). Also i just love Spirit... But it just reminded me of how selfish humans are, at least the ones in this movie. It's unlike most cartoon in that their is very little spoken. They let the animals speak, well, how they 'speak' and use narration throughout, but it's not as much as a normal movie would have. There wasn't anything I would have changed about the movie. Makes me wish I had more Native American in me and less European...not that either of those things really can make a person more or less compassionate...but it was just interesting to see how two different 'types' of humans have a different perspective on how they treat not only animals and nature, but each other as well.
i love horses and i love this movie.....my dream is to have a ranch and lots, lots, lots and lots of horses. i hate to see a horse in pain. i would die for a horse. i love horses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im doing my bedroom in horses!!!!!!!!
Hans Zimmer and Bryan Adams enjoyed me well, the film is not bad, but it didn't offer much
Critic Reviews
A movie that will touch the hearts of both children and adults, as well as bring audiences to the edge of their seats.full review
A mishmash that is sometimes moving, sometimes absurd and most of the time just oddly off balance.full review
A cartoon that's truly cinematic in scope, and a story that's compelling and heartfelt -- even if the heart belongs to a big, four-legged herbivore.full review
Uncluttered by comic supporting characters and cute sidekicks, Spirit is more pure and direct than most of the stories we see in animation -- a fable I suspect younger viewers will strongly identify with.full review
