It angered me crazy amounts, and actors I used to like I hate now due to their portrayals in this movie ><...
Could have been worse though, the actions in the movie, and I'm thankful for that.
theron is amazing and the story is too..based on first class action sexual harassment about women in the workplace

For the first hour and a half, I didn't like this movie at all, all the guys in the movies were either complete douchebags or underdeveloped (Sean Bean, Richard Jenkins), but the last half hour makes up for it somewhat. There are scenes of power and great acting, but once these scenes take place, the movie takes a turn into "too Hollywood" territory, with an ending that is really, really poorly executed. Theron, as always, is impressive in the lead role, however with a shorter running time, less "fake feeling" scenes, and more court room coverage, this could've been a good movie.
A good movie and Charlize was amazing, but I found this one just to dull for my taste.
Charlize Theron just trying to win another oscar. A very bland, boring film.
Critic Reviews
You cannot help being stirred by the reach and depth, the constant rebuffs to sloppiness, of a strong ensemble.full review
Though the dirt and grime in North Country are artfully applied, it's purely cosmetic and skin-deep.full review
She's [Caro] got a good story to tell (based, loosely, on a real-life case), and a marvelous cast to help her tell it.full review
There's nothing cool or dispassionate anywhere in this film. It radiates waves of heat.full review
North Country is one of those movies that stir you up and make you mad, because it dramatizes practices you've heard about but never really visualized.full review
