Disney/Pixar's TOY STORY answers that question with a fantastic fun-filled journey, viewed mostly through the eyes of two rival toys- Woody, the lanky, likable cowboy, and Buzz Lightyear, the fearless space ranger. Led by Woody, Andy's toys live happily in his room until Andy's birthday brings Buzz Lightyear onto the scene. Afraid of losing his place in Andy's heart, Woody plots against Buzz. But when circumstances separate Buzz and Woody from their owner, the comically-mismatched duo eventually learn to put aside their differences, and they find themselves on a hilarious adventure-filled mission where the only way they can survive is to form an uneasy alliance. In the second installment, Buzz, Woody, and their friends return as Andy heads off to Cowboy Camp, leaving his toys to their own devices. Things shift into high gear when an obsessive toy collector named Al McWhiggin, owner of Al's Toy Barn, kidnaps Woody. At Al's apartment, Woody discovers that he is a highly valued collectible from a 1950s TV show called "Woody's Roundup," and he meets the other prized toys from that show - Jessie the cowgirl, Bullseye the horse and Stinky Pete the Prospector. Andy's toys mount a daring rescue mission, Buzz Lightyear meets his match, and Woody has to decide where he and his heart truly belong.

really good, they need to re-release all the other pixar movies and have them in 3D

The 3D was nice and mostly subtle, but occasionally made you aware that you were still watching something in 3D. It was nice to get a refresher of sorts before seeing Toy Story 3 this coming summer as there was a lot I forgot about. If Toy Story 3 is as good as these are, which is a high bar to meet, then it will certainly be an enjoyable film to watch.

i liked it when it came out all those years ago but all the remakes and re-releases just go to show that directors have lost all the imagintaion and creativity they once had

It was so cool to sit in the theatre with a bunch of kids my age, hearing their comments and shoutouts, counting down to the movie's start, and applauding at its end--it was like an old time film. It was more than just a typical teen's night out. None of us were afraid to be our age in that theatre, 'cause Pixar played such a huge part in it. I don't know. I just really enjoyed the experience. ;)
