Allegra misses Sam, and resents the accusation that she's afraid to say "I love you," but she's soon involved with two people - Grace and Philip - who, unbeknownst to her, have just broken up with each other. Allegra juggles the two affairs, telling neither about the other; each likes her more and more as her old fears start making her itchy. Things come to a head at an engagement party where Allegra is pinch-hitting as a catering assistant.

Makes a great double-feature companion with Heather Graham's Gray Matters.
Interesting plot, at times pretty funny. It is interesting how Reaser's character is similar to how men behave. If I were to date a lesbian, I would date someone like Eliaabeth Reaser's character.
I enjoyed this film. Reaser, and Mol are some of my favorites and for them to be in a movie with Kirk means good things are coming.
An intellectual romantic comedy. I was surprised at how interesting and funny it was.
so not as good as The Incredibly True Adventure! Good when it was funny, not so much when it tried to be dramatic.
Decent enough movie. A look into the lives of self absorbed New Yorkers, this is what Sex and The City could have been. Moved along nicely with some humorous moments. Very Woody Allen-esque with the city playing one of the characters.
Another Netflix instant movie option. The title here is off. It's more like: Narcissist Gen X'rs Go on Self Absorbed Romp. But, that said, I found it witty. There are some choice lines mixed in if you can keep awake long enough to listen to them.
other than really not liking that main actress i thought the movie was pretty good. lots of spacing out and hearing things in your head, making bad choices, it was pretty real. it also helps that i dont think sexual identity is relevant.
