I appreciated many of its formal qualities--the beautiful photography, the switch to close-ups at the climactic turn of the film, the presence of light vs. the mostly dark atmosphere of the film. However, only in the film's last segment did I begin to connect with the characters.
Very slow moving, like somniloquy. Static & still, like water. Metaphysical. Abstract. Distant. Beautiful photography, though.
Starts off with a reasonably interesting concept. - Wierd bloke, paranoid that his girlfriend is lying to him, follows her around.
Shortly after it starts however, it gets duller and duller and duller, until thank God, it finally ends.
