Wow, it was so slow but had action at the same time. Explain that to me? And by the end I was still confused as to what the mission of the whole movie was.
Great sci-fi action movie centered around government development of psychic warfare. Almost reminds me of something similar to Heroes with the multiple types of abilities.
In the end it kept me entertained. The storyline was pretty decent and surprisingly Fanning has matured more in her acting, and you can see it here in this movie. Plenty of Action and drama, something you must see at least once :)
Comic book movie "lite" it's worth a rental, but this low-cal comic book movie end up leaving you unsatisfied and with a weird taste in your mouth.
I have a feeling there were some big ideas behind Push, but some studio boss pulled it down to fit the moderately-budgeted sci-fi mold (see Jumper, Knowing, etc. etc.)
The movie is alright, it was more like an extended episode of heroes including the cliffhanger ending. It was good for a one time watch but that was it.

Nick Gant (Chris Evans) is a "Mover", but he is still learning how to control his abilities. He is suddenly approached by the "Watcher" Cassie Holmes (Dakota Fanning) and she convinces Nick that they need to find the "Pusher" Kira Hollies (Camilla Belle) otherwise they all will die. The trio must utilize their different talents to enable them to escape the agency forever.
Well, this is kind of a mess I would say and as well quite boring despite being an action flick. There is no bite nor logic. I was not excited about anything in this movie. It passed my eyes, partly my brain and then it vanished up in thin air. I will pass on the sequel..

Push has vibrant cinematography and decent acting, but I'm blasted if I know what it's about.full review
There are many problems with Push, and most are the usual boring things: unnecessary plot loops; long, dumb musical interludes; a charmless script; and ostentatious action sequences in which the only person excited is the cameraman.full review
A silly movie that is partially engrossing and plenty convoluted.full review
It should give us the willies, but it's willy-nilly.full review
Suggestive of X-Men, The Matrix and the television show Heroes, Push is one of those time-mangling thrillers that manages to seem both complicated and superficial.full review
A trippy, nonstop action fest, with the feel of a really good episode of Heroes.full review
A clutter of worn genre elements stitched together with superficial stylistics.full review
