Very inspired by Once Upon a Time in America. Not on the level of the Leone but still a very good old style gangster film with great production value and solid actors. Only lacking a little bit more of psychology on the main characters.
Don't believe in the poster of this movie - nothing to do with the girls. The bride didn't even has a line. But the subtle relationship between Dowson & Billy is really something ...
Weird to see Adrian Pasdar speaking Mandarin (dubbed of course). It really only works as a romantic film between his and John Lone's characters.
