I really enjoyed this movie because it didn't take itself seriously AT ALL. Plus it doesn't hurt that Angelina Jolie is in it. Training montage and everything. I imagine they hope to make sequels. Unless they come up with a coherent story, and give poor James McAvoy(who was fantastic in The Last King of Scotland, among others) some decent lines, I am staying far away.
Brutal and sexy as hell, with so many twists that you'll feel like those bullets in the movie (but in a good way, lol). Hot!
James McAvoy is the man! I fucking loved this movie so much.
And as usual, Angelina was teh sex.
one of the best action flicks of 2008 and based on a graphic novel. I got more reading to do.
Ridiculously creative action flick. Forget the people who say "omg that movie was so unrealistic." Yeah, no shit?
Stick with the graphic novel. The movie was a waste of time.
And yet, I've heard rumours of a sequel... just not a good idea.
pretty horrible. About halfway I had guessed there was no plotline so I didn't think of the father/son angle that way. just proves one thing; popular don't necessarily means good.
It may have been better if the ending was written better but the whole linen/destiny crap was unreal... I mean just so absurdly unreal it was sad.
extremely irritating film with annoying characters/dialogs (or no character), ludicrous action and non-sense filling the rest. everytime i thought it might get a little better it then gets worse. to top it off it shamelessly ended with the stupide... garbage on steroids is still garbage. it might not be the worst film i've ever seen, but it has to be one of the most irritating films i've seen, right up there with the dumb Shoot'em up. Frankly, it blows my mind how many critics like this.

Wanted is fast-moving and bloody, enjoyable even within its unapologetically generic limits. But McAvoy is its real secret weapon.full review

"Wanted" is exactly what it is supposed to be: a slick, well-produced piece of popcorn fluff with a hot chick, hot cars and enough action to fill a half-dozen Marvel adaptations.full review
The thrilling stunts and hyperkinetic action scenes are the undisputed stars of this surprisingly entertaining film.full review

Wanted has the kind of irresistible summer-movie allure that makes studio executives drool in anticipation. Even its title must swim before their eyes and transform into 'Want-to-See'.full review
