It was so well-made; it was well-acted, the story was great, the special effects were amazing, etc. I want to call it the best in the series, but it was so dark and depressing...it's such a different tone than the rest of the films. Obviously, they took a lot out from the book, but so much of what was in the book was unnecessary. A great film overall, but it didn't have a happy ending.
1,5 av 5!
Nej, det var inte alls min tekopp, segt, rörigt och ointressant!!!
Totally different story than in the book. But still good, like all HP movies.
Much darker than ever, in my opinion still perhaps the best Harry Potter so far. I love the whole series. Can't wait for the seventh and final movie.

The most exciting thing about this film was that Alan Rickman shed a few more pounds, but other than that, this has been the most dry and forgettable film adaptation of J.K. Rowling's written masterpieces. Mostly serving as a escapade into a magical world from the scalding weather and beading sun of Southern California, I walked out of the theater six times less excited than I had been when I entered it.
pretty entertaining couple of hours. slightly wooden with the director wheeling characters on to recite some vital dialogue ( from the book i assume) and then forgetting about them. makes me want to read the books..sometime perhaps after i retire?
They're getting better but I will never like the new Dumbledore. Thank god he dies at least.
Desde o primeiro episódio , fiquei vidrado na estória do pequeno mago e acabei adquirindo os DVDs .
Me arrependi porque deveria ter aguardado um BOX ...
Recomendo
dont know what to say about this.
um, i dont really like Dumbledore .. after changed the cast of Dumbledore, it seems everything goes fast! and not well-tempered...
anyway, i like alan rickman played Snape. he's really "sexy" XD

All in all, despite the verve that drives the grander set pieces, it's hard to avoid the sensation of a film toiling overtime to convince itself of its own solemnity.full review
Dear me, what a dull fight this has become. At points in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince I feared slipping into a persistent vegetative state.full review
Astoundingly unimaginative, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince ruins the idea of popular entertainment.full review
The Half-Blood Prince is a beautifully paced feat of filmmaking, one that navigates potentially choppy shifts in scale with grace and ease.full review
Harry is better than ever, a triumph of visual wonder and emotional storytelling.full review
Unlike most film series, the Potter movies haven't weakened along the way.full review
As its 2-½ hours came to a close, I was happy to be reminded that we aren't yet done with Hogwarts, and that there's much pleasure in a story slowly told.full review
The experienced team behind the Harry Potter movie series is comfortably in the groove with the sixth film, which plays down the fantastic elements and introduces contrasting playful teenaged romance and a new tone of adult gloominess.full review
Half-Blood Prince is a bubbling cauldron of hormonal angst, rife with romance and heartbreak, jealousy and longing.full review
So many actors shine in so many ways: Carter hisses deliciously, Broadbent sucks up beautifully. Watson shudders with frustration and heartbreak, Felton shudders with anger and fear.full review
