I was looking exactly for that. Its was a really good find. A must see for those looking for something about the foundations of editing.
Very hollywoodian in its foundations, but does a great job at introducing what movie editing involves with leaders in the industry.
interesting film. Gives a well earned 'Nod' to the people who work behind the scenes and finally gives credit to where its due. enjoy.

I would have loved to see a famous scene re-cut three or four ways with explanations on why the current version was decided upon; OR have one film sequence cut by three or four different well respected editors with their commentary on why they chose to cut the scene in that particular way ... anyway, it's still had some good moments.
Insightful, but could have used more interviews and modern day cutting room footage.
It gets 4.5 stars because there's nothing else out there that provides such useful info on this topic. But the missing half star is saved just in case there is.
