my dvd kept stopping; but i liked what i saw

A laughable, Disney-tastic, teen chick flick

It was better then I thought it would be. I loved the color palette and Kip Pardue's performance.

It started off pretty well, but sunk pretty quickly into prosaic cliched destiny movie. Very predictable ending!

An enjoyably cheesy teen melodrama with a touch of indie edge.

This is a movie in which we're expected to buy Ashlee Simpson as a singer on the threshold of becoming a major star. That's an idea so ridiculous it could never happen in fiction, only in real life.
