Alice (Milla Jovovich), now in hiding in the Nevada desert, once again joins forces with Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) and L.J. (Mike Epps), along with new survivors Claire (Ali Larter), K-Mart (Spencer Locke) and Nurse Betty (Ashanti) to try to eliminate the deadly virus that threatens to make every human being undead... and to seek justice. Since being captured by the Umbrella Corporation, Alice has been subjected to biogenic experimentation and becomes genetically altered, with super-human strengths, senses and dexterity. Historically video games made into movies end up been horrible and this is due to the writers egos of trying to fix something that isnât broken in order to get their names on the movie credits. That said, by not following the game storyline at all, the writers managed to turn this feature, for all intensive purposes, into an excellent zombie movie.
There are also more hot actresses in this sequel, proving to us that beautiful women holding guns can always improve things ⦠or send us to hell with a smile on our face!
2/2 stars for plot, 2/2 stars for entertainment, 1/1 stars for action
They put back some elements/scenes from the first movie that were really good and created a few new good ones. Action packed & Edgy.
This might actually be better than the first two. I have no interest in figuring that out.
Pure mindless action-kinda movie. Might actually be the best in the series.
I love Resident Evil video games and I hate this film
Claire isn't like that!! Difference is always make influence!!
The action is a little good, but the storyline is a bit awful

Milla rocks, and so does Resident Evil. The movies have all been pretty good, including this one.
Mark said this was good. Whatev.

You get explosions and glass breaking. All this destruction isn't doing any good for the environment. Not cool.
Bad movie.
