I didn't expect it to be any good, so why did I watch it? Why did I watch it? Why did I choose to torture myself if I hated it? Well, the answer to the question: Mummy.

The pace of the movie wanders around loosely, no real development is given to characters, and it ends up worst than the first movie. Even Jackie Chan's single action-packed scene couldn't save a good impression of it. Too bad the apple falls far from the tree, and his son doesn't look the goods in the acting or action departments.
Watch it only for the fight scene with Donnie Yen and Jackie Chan. A waste of talent and time. The rest of the actors are terrible.. including Jackie Chan's son.
Boring plot and some horrible acting. I only enjoyed the fight scenes between Fan Bingbing and Gillian.
So far removed from the original Twins Effect, both storywise and enjoyment-wise.
Didn't know what to expect from this movie. It was kind of all over the place. I laugh when Jackie Chan all of a sudden pops out of no where.
fantasy adventure only similar in name powered by all-star cast. charlene steals scenes while gill passes on beauty in this journey where everything's ham-fisted and heavy-ha- nded. overall, it is a harmless silly fluff/guilty pleasure. (=
